Data Deletion Request

In compliance with Google Play policy, we provide this page for users to request the deletion of their game data and accounts, even if the app is no longer installed.

How to request deletion

To delete your Constella account and all associated data (including your level creations, high scores, and game progress), please follow these steps:

  1. Identify your Player ID (found in the game's Settings menu).
  2. Click the button below to open your email app.
  3. Ensure your Player ID is included in the email before sending.

Alternatively, you can email us manually at suhasdgd@gmail.com.

Once received, we will verify the request and permanently delete all data associated with your ID from our servers (Firebase) within 7 business days.

Note: Data stored locally on your device will remain until you uninstall the app or clear its cache.
